Last Thursday was so damn fucked. NCOs abuse authority make us pump with a piece of paper on our backs. Actually did not want to talk abt it until one of the fking bastards sent us this. Read.
Dear Sec 3 squad, It has come to our attention that some of you were very unhappy regarding Thursday’s training, where we asked the squad to pump while balancing the ARD consent form. We must stress that we were not out to humiliate you, but we were trying to bring some laughter to the squad since it was an unofficial training. We were cadets once, and we fully understand how it feels like when seniors abuse their authority. If Thursday’s training seems like such a case to you, we sincerely apologise for it. Being NCOs, we are not only responsible for imparting hard skills to you, but we are also responsible for establishing a close senior-junior relationship with all of you in the process of nurturing your soft skills. However, you must remember that we are merely a year older than all of you, and we need to continue learning how to be good seniors too. If during training, any of you feels that we are doing something that we should not be doing, please voice it out. We hope that this incident will not ruin our relationship and cause any further unhappiness. Once again, we apologise for anything we have done wrong.
